Prior to any valet or detail appointment with RG Valets, please remove all personal belongings, valued items, including child seat(s) and coins from the vehicle. The boot and pockets should also be emptied, otherwise we will work around them. RG Valets are not responsible for any items that may be disposed of.
RG Valets is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle during the valeting process. For engine cleans, no liability is taken if the vehicle fails to start or any electrical faults as these could be deemed as pre-existing.
For mobile services, we may refuse work if the vehicle is parked in an unsafe location. Prices will also be agreed prior to commencing the service in case of any surcharge. on occasions we will not be able to provide any add ons unless booked in advance. However, the valeter will make you aware if there any available on the day.
Please notify us in advance if your vehicle requires special attention for bodily fluids, mud, mould, paint, or heavy pet hair.
Online Appointments can be booked by clicking on your desired be service. Please note that some services will require a deposit that will be deducted from the service price. We will confirm the booking or propose another suitable time.
If you need a booking within two weeks please contact us via phone. We may be able to get you in.
Please Note: Payment is due on completion of the work. Failure to pay will incur an additional charge of £25/week.
We are not responsible for any existing damage, flaking paint from bodywork or wheels, damaged decals, wraps or any leaks your vehicle may have.
Gift cards are available, once issued they must be used within 6 months from date of purchase. Gift cards are non refundable if not used or can be exchanged for any other service or vehicle larger than purchased, they maybe used as a to top up a service to a higher value service i.e. if exterior valet gift card used for a mini valet, the difference will need to be paid.
Paint enhancement may not completely eliminate deep scratches or marks, it won’t remove stone chips.
RG Valets reserves the right to charge based on the vehicle's condition. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings, if required.
We may reschedule appointments due to weather or unforeseen circumstances without losing your deposit.
Rescheduling by the customer requires a 72-hour notice; late arrival from RG Valets is acceptable due to work loads and traffic, you will be informed prior to your appointment if this is the case.
We may take photos for social media unless notified otherwise, we will not take images where your number plate is showing and avoid any images that might be reveal your location. Photos will be taken of before and after in all cases to ensure the identification of any pre-existing damage and enhancements made.
It is expected that the customer performs a walk around with the valeter, before and after. No liability will be taken by RG Valets once the valeter leaves the location. The customer is expected and responsible to pointing out any defects and damage.
